Petional Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, all orders require production time after purchase.

Production & Shipping Time


All orders require 3–5 business days for artwork creation and production.

Global Shipping Estimate (after production):

  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Note: This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Cost


We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping for all orders:

  • $10 USD flat rate for all global orders
  • Free shipping on all orders $100 USD or more

Important Policies


  • Address changes: All address updates must be requested within 30 minutes of ordering.
  • Skip the line service: This option speeds up artwork production only; it does not expedite courier shipping time.
  • Photo changes: We cannot edit, swap, or replace photos once an order is submitted.
  • Shipping restrictions: We do not ship to military addresses, PO boxes, or restricted locations. If you provide an invalid address, we will contact you for an alternative address. Any additional shipping cost must be paid before your order ships.
